Hospitality lights the way
Heroes of Hospitality celebrates the people, technology and ideas moving this industry forward — and connects the ones bold enough to change it.
Operators. Marketers. Technology leaders. Founders. And the people behind the people. This is for you.
"Technology changes. Hospitality doesn't."
Neal DubiskyHeroes is about all of you who consistently show up and lift this industry forward — the brand leaders in every department, and the technology founders whose combined efforts support the front lines, preserve what's worth keeping and make the rest better.Neal Dubisky
What I'm looking for
I want to connect with disruptive founders and brands taking on bold projects — the kind that lift the whole industry, not just one company's roadmap.
You're building something restaurants genuinely need, and you're not waiting for permission to do it differently. Tell me what you're making and who it's for.
Someone has to run the pilot nobody else will. If you're taking a real swing at a hard problem, there are people worth meeting on the other side of it.
The projects worth the effort make the whole ecosystem better — especially the front line. That's the filter I apply to everything here.
The way I work
Fifteen-plus years in technology have taught me the same lesson over and over: be an additive node in the equation. That pay-it-forward mentality has shaped my career, my friendships and the many partners I've had the privilege of serving alongside.
I believe this is one of the most pivotal moments our small industry has ever had. I want to be a positive force in shaping, preserving and enhancing the next decade of restaurant technology — particularly where artificial intelligence is concerned.
Heroes of Hospitality is where I do that in public.
I want to highlight the leaders and products I believe will move this industry in positive ways. These stories and placements aren't paid for — they're earned. I hope they generate real discourse around new ideas.
The ecosystem
Listen. Understand. Connect the dots.
